Orion Engineered Carbons Announce Transition at CEO Level

Orion Engineered Carbons S.A., a worldwide supplier of carbon black, recently announced that Jack L. Clem, 65, who has served as chief executive officer since 2011, will retire; he will be nominated to join the board of directors and during a transition period will act as an advisor to the company.
